J&rsquo;adorais manger mon pain au levain fait maison avec de la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amandes ou de noisettes. J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;abord essayer des flocons d&rsquo;avoine tremp\u00e9s dans de l&rsquo;eau avec des noix et des fruits mais je n&rsquo;aimais pas tellement. Et finalement, je suis tomb\u00e9e sur un pudding au chia dans le livre de recettes publi\u00e9 par l&rsquo;auteur du blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carrotsforclaire.com\/\">\u00abCarrots for Claire&nbsp;\u00bb<\/a>, que je recommande d&rsquo;ailleurs vivement \u00e0 qui veut changer son alimentation. Et voil\u00e0 la recette un peu revisit\u00e9e, pour deux personnes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 ml de lait d&rsquo;amande;<\/li><li>6 c. \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia;<\/li><li>3 dattes;<\/li><li>une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de noix;<\/li><li>une petite tasse d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de baies surgel\u00e9es (cassis, groseilles, framboises,&#8230;)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je verse d&rsquo;abord le lait d&rsquo;amande dans le mixer, j&rsquo;ajoute les graines de chia, puis je mets le mixer en route \u00e0 petite vitesse, et je le laisse tourner pendant quelques minutes, pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux. Pendant ce temps, je mets les fruits congel\u00e9s dans une casserole, j&rsquo;ajoute un peu d&rsquo;eau bouillante et je chauffe lentement pour que les fruits d\u00e9g\u00e8lent mais ne cuisent pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ajoute ensuite les dattes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9e et je mixe le tout. Puis je mets une poign\u00e9e de noix et je remets bri\u00e8vement le mixer en route pour les concasser. Et voil\u00e0, c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat, il n&rsquo;y a plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 mettre le pudding dans deux bols et ajouter les fruits d\u00e9congel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Update: Le puddig est plus digeste lorsque l&rsquo;on fait tremper les graines de chia une nuit. Au lieu du lait d&rsquo;amande, on peut faire tremper dans de l&rsquo;eau en ajoutant quelques amandes blanchies.
