Une belle occasion de faire de nouvelles d\u00e9couvertes et de go\u00fbter des esp\u00e8ces encore inconnues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, au menu : le gomphide helv\u00e9tique<\/strong>, appel\u00e9 Filziger Gelbfu\u00df<\/em> en allemand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce champignon appartient \u00e0 la famille des\u00a0gomphides<\/strong>, comme le\u00a0Kuhmaul<\/strong>. Ses spores tirent sur le violet et la base de son pied est caract\u00e9ristiquement color\u00e9e de jaune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais la v\u00e9ritable surprise appara\u00eet \u00e0 la cuisson :\u00a0les champignons changent de couleur et prennent une \u00e9tonnante teinte lilas<\/strong>\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
