Puis, je me suis dit que c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion r\u00eav\u00e9e de sensibiliser les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 des sujets concrets, comme l\u2019alimentation, qui ont un impact direct sur la vie quotidienne.<br>D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, j\u2019ai toujours ador\u00e9 la chimie au gymnase, et ce remplacement \u00e9tait une excellente excuse pour m\u2019y replonger.<br>\u00c7a a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un gros travail de pr\u00e9paration\u2026 mais quel bonheur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je leur ai d\u2019abord montr\u00e9 comment fabriquer du fromage frais \u00e0 partir de lait cru.
