La plupart des plantes qui se sont invit\u00e9es dans notre jardin sont comestibles. Ce soir, j’avais envie de go\u00fbter celles qui le sont et de comparer leur saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les jeunes feuilles de lampsane ont une consistance agr\u00e9able et un bon go\u00fbt, plut\u00f4t amer. La pimprenelle, par contre, n’est pas la plante pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Je ne la mettrais pas dans une salade, contrairement \u00e0 la lampsane. Les feuilles de pimprenelle sont tr\u00e8s astringentes! Le lierre terrestre \u00e0 une odeur forte, vaguement apparent\u00e9e \u00e0 celle de la menthe. J’en ai fait un Pesto qui n’\u00e9tait pas mal, m\u00eame s’il ne valait pas le Pesto classique de basilique. Le mouron des oiseaux est une de mes plantes sauvages pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es avec son petit go\u00fbt de ma\u00efs. Aujourd’hui, j’ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 des fleurs de bourrache en bouton. C’est \u00e9tonnant, ils ont un petit go\u00fbt de mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
