Il pousse en rosette sur le gravier du parking et si vous marchez \u00e0 pieds nus, il vaut mieux ne pas marcher dessus, car contrairement aux feuilles de la rosette de la laitue scariole, qui font seulement semblant d’\u00eatre piquantes, les jeunes feuilles du chardon le sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e8s leur plus jeune \u00e2ge. Toutes les parties du cirse commun (gew\u00f6hnlicher Kratzdistel) sont comestibles. Aujourd’hui, j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de go\u00fbter la racine. Elle est assez filandreuse et a un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt d’artichaut. Je n’ai pas encore go\u00fbt\u00e9 les feuilles qu’il faudrait r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e pour les d\u00e9guster sans se piquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D’autres plantes ont \u00e9lu domicile sur le parking, o\u00f9 j’ai pu admirer un grand nombre de rosettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une plante de la famille des asterac\u00e9es semble s’y plaire particuli\u00e8rement. Un regard rapide pourrait nous faire penser qu’il s’agit du pissenlit, mais en regardant de plus pr\u00e8s, on constate que c’est une autre plante: un cr\u00e9pide (Pippau), probablement le cr\u00e9pide bisannuel. La rosette est plus plaqu\u00e9e au sol que celle du pissenlit et les feuilles sont moins d\u00e9coup\u00e9es. Lorsque l’on coupe une feuille, il en sort un lait blanc, comme chez le pissenlit et les laitues. Les feuilles ont un bon go\u00fbt, moins am\u00e8re que le pissenlit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
