Des feuilles un peu dures, des repoussent trop petites pour \u00eatre r\u00e9colt\u00e9es comme des choux de Bruxelles&#8230; en allant au jardin aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;ai eu la bonne surprise de trouver beaucoup de pousses toutes fraiches. Elles sont moins compacts que les choux de Bruxelles et sont si tendres qu&rsquo;on peut les manger crues, juste comme \u00e7a.
