Les petites tiges qui sortent en ce moment ont un petit go\u00fbt de ma\u00efs. C’est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger et les enfants en mangent aussi volontier. Plus tard, de petites fleurs blanches apparaissent, qui ressemblent \u00e0 de petites \u00e9toiles tomb\u00e9es sur terre, peut-\u00eatre l’origine de leur nom latin: stellaria?<\/p>\n\n\n\n D’autre plantes font aussi leur apparition comme la v\u00e9ronique \u00e0 feuilles de lierre (Efeubl\u00e4ttriger Ehrenpreis). Les premi\u00e8res feuilles de cette plante n’ont pas encore leur forme typique et c’est seulement parce que je connais le coin que j’ai pu la reconna\u00eetre comme telle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Les toutes premi\u00e8res feuilles d’alliaire p\u00e9tiol\u00e9e (Knoblauchsrauke) apparaissent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la v\u00e9ronique. Si vous vous demandez d’o\u00f9 vient le nom alliaire, prenez une feuille entre vos doigts, faites la rouler puis porter la \u00e0 votre nez. Vous devriez sentir une bonne odeur d’ail! La racine, quant \u00e0 elle, a un bon go\u00fbt de raifort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Apr\u00e8s ces jours de maladie, il fallait que j’ailles faire quelques pas.
