Tout a commenc\u00e9 avec Leo samedi pass\u00e9. Le pauvre, il se sentait tellement mal! Puis, \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon tour, mercredi pass\u00e9. Trois jours de forte fi\u00e8vre. Christian emmenait les enfants \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole et au jardin d’enfant, sauf Leo qui restait avec moi, et nous passions la journ\u00e9e seuls. J’\u00e9tais tellement mal que j’avais de la peine \u00e0 aller de la chambre \u00e0 la cuisine. Le premier jour, j’ai quand-m\u00eame miraculeusement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer une soupe aux lentilles pour Leo. Je savais qu’il \u00e9tait important de boire, mais c’\u00e9tait si difficile de se lever pour aller chercher de l’eau que je ne suis pas parvenue \u00e0 boire autant que j’en aurais eu envie! J’aurais aussi volontier ouvert la fen\u00eatre plus souvent, mais cela demandait trop d’effort! Je n’ai mesur\u00e9 ma temp\u00e9rature que le troisi\u00e8me jour, car ce n’est qu’\u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 que j’ai trouv\u00e9 la force de me d\u00e9placer jusqu’\u00e0 la salle de bain la plus \u00e9loign\u00e9e, o\u00f9 se trouvent le thermom\u00e8tre! Ce jour l\u00e0, j’avais 39.7 et donc, je suppose que ma temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tait encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e les jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Le deuxi\u00e8me jour, je me suis demand\u00e9e comment j’allais bien pouvoir pr\u00e9parer quelque-chose \u00e0 manger pour Leo! Lorsque je lui ai demand\u00e9 s’il voulait du pain, il m’a montr\u00e9 un bout de pizza qui restait du pique-nique de Simon. Heureusement, je pouvais me recoucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pour m’aider \u00e0 supporter la fi\u00e8vre, j’ai utilis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode des bains d\u00e9rivatifs de France Guillain. J’ai emball\u00e9 un pack r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant dans un linge et le l’ai plac\u00e9 entre mes jambes. Cela apporte tout de suite un soulagement. Le seule probl\u00e8me c’est qu’il fallait que je me l\u00e8ve r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour aller le changer! J’ai appliqu\u00e9 la m\u00eame technique avec Nicolas qui est aussi tomb\u00e9 malade quelques jours plus tard et \u00e7a a aussi bien fonctionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
