Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce traitement, le quinoa devient plus digeste et perd son amertume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire germer le quinoa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On le rince une premi\u00e8re fois avant de le recouvrir d&rsquo;eau froide et on le fait tremper 12h (par exemple pendant la nuit). Ensuite on le verse dans une passoire et on le laisse \u00e9goutter 12h (par exemple jusqu&rsquo;au soir) \u00e0 l&rsquo;abri de la lumi\u00e8re. C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat! En plus du quinoa germ\u00e9, il faut \u00e9galement faire tremper les amandes 12h. J&rsquo;en avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une bonne r\u00e9serve que j&rsquo;avais pass\u00e9ees au d\u00e9shydrateur pour les conserver une fois tremp\u00e9es. Le trempage permet de se d\u00e9barrasser des micotoxines souvent pr\u00e9sentes dans les noix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tasse de quinoa germ\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse d&rsquo;amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es, tremp\u00e9es et s\u00e9ch\u00e9es,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 c.\u00e0.s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c de fleur de sel,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c de thym frais  (optionnel);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le mixer, ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau puis bien mixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partir sur une plaque du d\u00e9shydrateur couverte de papier cuisson et s\u00e9cher env. 12h \u00e0 40\u00b0C.
