On les reconna\u00eet \u00e0 leur odeur forte, caract\u00e9ristique et, plus tard dans la saison, \u00e0 leurs fleurs \u00e0 quatre p\u00e9tales qui d\u00e9terminent le nom de cette famille en allemand: \u00ab\u00a0die kreuzbl\u00fctler\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime bien ajouter quelques feuilles de cresson sauvage dans la salade. J&rsquo;ai un joli coin dans la for\u00eat o\u00f9 je cueille la cardamine flexuosa (Wald-Schaumkraut). Il y pousse aussi de la cardamine impatiente (Spring-Schaumkraut), mais celle-l\u00e0, je ne l&rsquo;aime pas trop. Ce matin, apr\u00e8s \u00eatre pass\u00e9e dans mon coin, je suis all\u00e9e au bord d&rsquo;une petite rivi\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau claire et propre, o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 des plantes
