Les pluies de ces derniers jours ont enfin eu un effet positif sur les champignons. Diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces apparaissent, \u00e7a devient vraiment int\u00e9ressant. Hier et aujourd’hui je suis tomb\u00e9e sur un joli groupe de c\u00e8pes des pins (K\u00f6rnchen R\u00f6hrling). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayant lu qu’il n’\u00e9tait pas toujours bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9s, je n’en ai ramen\u00e9 qu’un exemplaire que j’ai go\u00fbt\u00e9. Tout s’est bien pass\u00e9 et donc j’ai remis \u00e7a aujourd’hui avec une plus grande quantit\u00e9 que j’ai partag\u00e9e avec ma famille. C’\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon et ce champignon fera d\u00e9sormais partie des classiques que je r\u00e9colte \u00e0 l’occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description du c\u00e8pe <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le c\u00e8pe des pins vit en mychorize avec le pin et se trouve souvent en groupe. Il poss\u00e8de des tubes sous le chapeau. La couleur de son chapeau varie du jaune au brun en passant par des tons orang\u00e9s. Son chapeau est visqueux lorsqu’il est mouill\u00e9. Contrairement au c\u00e8pe des m\u00e9l\u00e8zes dont la couleur est similaire, il ne poss\u00e8de pas d’anneau. Une caract\u00e9ristique qui permet de le reconna\u00eetre facilement est la pr\u00e9sence de gouttes blanches sous le chapeau chez les jeunes exemplaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9paration des c\u00e8pes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

J’ai d’abord \u00f4t\u00e9 la peau visqueuse, puis j’ai coup\u00e9 les champignons. Ensuite je les ai mis dans la po\u00eale graiss\u00e9e chaude. En tout, je les ai fait cuire un peu plus de 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
