En ce moment il y a plusieurs esp\u00e8ces diff\u00e9rentes de champignons qui poussent, mais ils sont relativement clairsem\u00e9s. De grandes zones sont vides de champignons et tout \u00e0 coup, c’est la surprise! Hier avec Nicolas, nous avons commenc\u00e9 par trouver des chanterelles. Il s’agit d’une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 couleur p\u00e2le et Nicolas au d\u00e9but, n’\u00e9tait pas du tout s\u00fbr qu’ils s’agissait bien de chanterelles. De l’autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la colline, il n’y avait rien jusqu’\u00e0 ce que Nicolas aper\u00e7oive une petite amanite rougissante au milieu du chemin. Elle ne s’\u00e9tait pas encore d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e et les lamelles \u00e9taient encore recouvertes de leur voile protecteur. Puis sur le chemin du retour, une coulemelle (Parasol)! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un peu plus loin, on a trouv\u00e9 un groupe de champignons \u00e0 l’odeur forte. Peut-\u00eatre le clitocybe \u00e0 odeur de poulailler (ranziger Trichterling).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons finalement r\u00e9colt\u00e9 assez de champignons pour pr\u00e9parer une petite sauce \u00e0 Nicolas et une petite entr\u00e9e pour moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
