La famille des amanites (Knollenbl\u00e4tterpilze) contient quelques bons champignons, comme l’amanite rougissante (Perlpilz) et l’amanite des c\u00e9sars, mais aussi des champignons particuli\u00e8rement v\u00e9n\u00e9neux comme l’amanite phallo\u00efde (Gr\u00fcner Knollenbl\u00e4tterpilz) et l’amanite panth\u00e8re (Pantherpilz). Il est donc utile de savoir les reconna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les champignons de la famille des amanites. Dans leur jeune \u00e2ge ces champignons sont recouverts d’un voile, la volve, qui se d\u00e9chire quand ils grandissent et laissent des traces dur le chapeau (\u00e9cailles) et \u00e0 la base du pied (gaine). Un autre voile recouvre et prot\u00e8ge les lamelles et se transforme en anneau lorsqu’il se d\u00e9tache. Contrairement aux agarics dont la spor\u00e9e est fonc\u00e9e, ils ont une spor\u00e9e blanche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seulement voil\u00e0, aucune de ces caract\u00e9ristiques ne sont vraiment fiables. Il existe une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d’amanite panth\u00e8re dont l’anneau est stri\u00e9 mais pas le bord du chapeau, les \u00e9cailles peuvent changer de couleurs en vieillissant et la volve peut se faire manger par une limace! Heureusement, il existe un crit\u00e8re suppl\u00e9mentaire permettant de distinguer l’amanite rougissante: les tons rouge vineux pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la base du pied, dans les tunnels form\u00e9s par les asticots qui sont rarement absents. L’amanite \u00e9paisse est trop similaire \u00e0 l’amanite panth\u00e8re et il est d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 de la consommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ma supposition est que les champignons 2 \u00e0 6 sont des amanites \u00e9paisses. Le premier est s\u00fbrement une amanite rougissante et le dernier peut-\u00eatre aussi. Ils ont tous un anneau stri\u00e9 et je n’ai pas vu de volve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
