En fait, il semble s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une amanite rougissante (Perlpilz) un peu particuli\u00e8re. Au lieu d&rsquo;avoir un chapeau tint\u00e9 de rose ou brun\u00e2tre, son chapeau est blanc-gris! Je me suis donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 go\u00fbter ce champignon et je l&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 dans la soupe. Je ne suis pas s\u00fbre d&rsquo;en avoir senti le go\u00fbt. Il faudra que je le test une fois tout seul.
