J’ai trouv\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me bolet rouge (flockenstieliger Hexenr\u00f6hrling) de la saison, accompagn\u00e9 d’un deuxi\u00e8me tout petit. Un magnifique exemplaire qui poussait dans mon \u00ab\u00a0paradis\u00a0\u00bb. C’est un champignon \u00e0 la chair \u00e9tonnamment ferme qui doit \u00eatre bien cuit avant de le consommer, contrairement au c\u00e8pe de Bordeaux qui peut aussi se manger cru. Sa chair bleuit au contact de l’air, ce qui lui doit son nom allemand de \u00ab\u00a0bolet des sorci\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb (Hexenr\u00f6hrling). Il reprend cependant une belle couleur jaune lorsqu’on le cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
