Une fois la plante d\u00e9compos\u00e9e, le sol se trouve enrichi non seulement par les substances provenant de la plante, mais \u00e9galement par les nouvelles bact\u00e9ries qui formaient la symbiose. Le fait de laisser les plantes se d\u00e9composer apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte formera \u00e9galement une protection du sol et permettra aux micro-organismes de survivre au froid et aux intemp\u00e9ries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons eu une belle r\u00e9colte de pois que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de ma maman, lorsqu&rsquo;elle pr\u00e9parait des \u00ab\u00a0beans\u00a0\u00bb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ecosser;<\/li><li>Faire cuire 6 minutes dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e;<\/li><li>Enlever l&rsquo;eau puis mettre de l&rsquo;eau froide \u00e0 la place;<\/li><li>Enlever l&rsquo;enveloppe des pois en appuyant avec deux doigts pour les faire glisser;<\/li><li>Faire revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec une gousse d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9 et un peu de sel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul
