Introduction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A partir du moment o\u00f9 nous avons commenc\u00e9 notre r\u00e9gime de fa\u00e7on s\u00e9rieuse, j’ai eu rapidement l’impression que l’\u00e9tat de ma maman s’am\u00e9liorait. Etait-ce objectif ou uniquement une douce illusion? Pour le savoir, je voulais avoir des tests me permettant d’\u00e9valuer l’avanc\u00e9e de la maladie de mani\u00e8re objective. Je pr\u00e9sente ces tests ici ainsi que les r\u00e9sultats obtenus par ma maman au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le test de l’horloge<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On demande au malade de dessiner le cadran d’une horloge, puis de dessiner les heures et d’indiquer 11h10, sans mentionner le mot aiguille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mini Mental State Examination (M.M.S.E)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Le M.M.S.E<\/a> est utilis\u00e9 pour se faire une id\u00e9e rapide de l’\u00e9tat mental du patient. Ma m\u00e8re le subit tous les six mois, lorsque nous nous rendons au centre de la m\u00e9moire. J’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le lui faire passer de temps en temps \u00e0 la maison pour documenter l’\u00e9volution de sa maladie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le patient a une minute pour donner tous les mots lui passant par la t\u00eate et commencant par la lettre \u00ab\u00a0F\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
