De plus, il devient de plus en plus \u00e9vident qu&rsquo;un microbiote appauvrit et\/ou d\u00e9natur\u00e9 va souvent de pair avec la maladie<span id=\"e1a45d7c-8d48-410a-9df4-9eac7c8d2403\" data-items=\"[&quot;3985188191&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Rester en bonne sant\u00e9 ou gu\u00e9rir si l&rsquo;on est malade c&rsquo;est donc prendre soin de son microbiote. Puisque les populations se nourrissant de mani\u00e8re traditionnelle on un microbiote en meilleure sant\u00e9, il vaut la peine de s&rsquo;en inspirer pour se rapprocher d&rsquo;un mode de vie favorisant la sant\u00e9. Toute la difficult\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 trouver ce qui a le plus d&rsquo;influence et ce qui est le plus facile \u00e0 mettre en pratique. La fermentation est une m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration de la nourriture utilis\u00e9e depuis longtemps et sur toute la plan\u00e8te. Cela semble \u00eatre un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de base des alimentations traditionnelles et j&rsquo;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des aliments ferment\u00e9s dans notre alimentation.
