Or, notre sant\u00e9 buccale est un bon indicateur de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de nos intestins. En cons\u00e9quence, tout ce qui contribue \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de nos dents a aussi un impacte positif sur notre sant\u00e9 globale. Et c&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a que je me suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9e aux travaux de Weston A. Price (voir <a href=\"http:\/\/gutenberg.net.au\/ebooks02\/0200251h.html\">ici<\/a>), datant des ann\u00e9es trente. Ce dentiste a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la dentition de populations se nourrissants encore de mani\u00e8re traditionnelle et s&rsquo;est rendu compte que ces gens n&rsquo;avaient pratiquement pas de caries. Il a ensuite document\u00e9 le contenu de leur alimentation et tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;en tirer des r\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autres chercheurs ont continu\u00e9 ce travail et des r\u00e9sultats sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le livre de Ramiel Nagel, \u00ab&nbsp;Cure tooth Decay&nbsp;\u00bb. Lorsque l&rsquo;on compare le contenu nutritionnel de notre alimentation avec des r\u00e9gimes plus traditionnels, on constate un manque prononc\u00e9 concernant les vitamines liposolubles ( A, D, E et K) et les min\u00e9raux comme le calcium et le phosphore. Ce manque serait d\u00fb d&rsquo;une part \u00e0 la faible consommation de produits animaux vari\u00e9s (on mangeait tout l&rsquo;animal), \u00e0 la pasteurisation et homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation du lait qui le rendrait beaucoup moins digeste, \u00e0 la consommation de sucre et autres produits industriels et \u00e0 la consommation de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et de pois mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. En effet, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et les pois contiennent des substances toxiques que la plante produit pour prot\u00e9ger ses graines des pr\u00e9dateurs. Les anciennes m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9paration, comme la fermentation de la p\u00e2te entrant dans la fabrication du pain au levain, permettaient de r\u00e9duire la pr\u00e9sence des substances toxiques \u00e0 un niveau acceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation propos\u00e9e par Ramiel Nagel est souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 de ce que propose le Dr. Seignalet et d&rsquo;autres pour soigner les maladies chroniques. Un des points communs que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;adopter, est la recommandation de consommer du bouillon d&rsquo;os r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Par contre, les avis sont partag\u00e9s concernant les l\u00e9gumes crus. Mon sentiment est qu&rsquo;on les dig\u00e8re bien le matin et \u00e0 midi. Par contre, pour le repas du soir, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les l\u00e9gumes cuits. Ramiel Nagel recommande une grande consommation de produits laitiers (\u00e0 base de lait cru) et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que le bas blesse me concernant&nbsp;! Une semaine de consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re m&rsquo;a valu le retour en force de mon ecz\u00e9ma. Je dois cependant confesser que je n&rsquo;ai pas seulement consomm\u00e9 des produits \u00e0 base de lait cru. Lorsque mon ecz\u00e9ma sera gu\u00e9ri, je retenterai l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience avec du yogourt maison ou du k\u00e9fir. Les alternatives aux produits laitiers ne sont pas vraiment \u00e0 ma port\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai toujours d\u00e9test\u00e9 le foie (\u00e0 part le foie gras que je ne pense pas manger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour des raisons \u00e9tiques) et je ne me vois pas manger des t\u00eates et des yeux de poissons&nbsp;! Par contre, je vais tester l&rsquo;huile de foie de morue. J&rsquo;en ai tellement entendu parler (pas en bien), que je me sens presque oblig\u00e9e de la go\u00fbter.
