J&rsquo;ai lav\u00e9 la racine s\u00e9par\u00e9ment car elle \u00e9tait pleine de terre et je pouvais la tenir, contrairement aux feuilles \u00e9pineuses. J&rsquo;ai ensuite mis le tout \u00e0 cuire dans l&rsquo;eau pendant 10 minutes et J&rsquo;ai filtr\u00e9 le jus \u00e0 travers une passoire.
