- 200g de poireaux coup\u00e9s en morceaux;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 250ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (pour moi 25g de pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou et le reste d’eau);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 1 c.\u00e0.s de poudre de pied de coulemelle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 1\/2 c.\u00e0.c de sel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 10g de ma\u00efzena;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- un peu d’huile d’olive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Faire revenir les poireaux 5 minutes dans l’huile d’olive. Ajouter la ma\u00efzena et faire revenir encore une bonne minute. Ajouter le lait, le sel et la poudre de champignons et faire \u00e9paissir encore 7 minutes. Go\u00fbter et ajouter de la sauce au soja si n\u00e9cessaire. C’est pr\u00eat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
