Tout d&rsquo;abord, je faisais un exercice de respirations en rentrant du travail, ce qui a eu pour effet de me lib\u00e9rer du stress et de me prot\u00e9ger partiellement des nombreux virus circulant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole. Depuis quelques semaines, j&rsquo;inclus de plus en plus d&rsquo;exercices respiratoires dans mon rituel matinal. Un exercice respiratoire inclus trois cycles respiratoires. Un cycle consiste \u00e0 inspirer pleinement par le nez, puis \u00e0 expirer en laissant aller (sans forcer). Apr\u00e8s 30 respirations, on expire et on retient le souffle jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le besoin d&rsquo;inspirer se fasse sentir. On inspire alors et on garde le souffle pendant 15 secondes. Les premiers effets sont imm\u00e9diats. On ressent une grande d\u00e9tente. Ce matin, me sentant tellement d\u00e9tendue, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais curieuse et j&rsquo;ai mesur\u00e9 mon pouls: 50 pulsations par minutes! La derni\u00e8re fois que je l&rsquo;avais mesur\u00e9, et \u00e7a fait un moment, il \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t aux alentour de 60 pulsations par minutes! D&rsquo;autre part, les r\u00e9tentions s&rsquo;allongent. Hier, j&rsquo;en \u00e9tait \u00e0 trois minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me volet de la m\u00e9thode Wim Hof est l&rsquo;exposition au froid. Au d\u00e9but, cela me paraissait difficile. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je prends une douche froide tous les matins apr\u00e8s les respirations et ce n&rsquo;est plus aussi d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. Juste l&rsquo;id\u00e9e et les premiers moments sont difficiles. C&rsquo;est un bon exercice pour se lib\u00e9rer de ses peurs! Je me dit que si je peux faire \u00e7a, alors l&rsquo;inconnu n&rsquo;est plus aussi effrayant. Il suffit d&rsquo;accepter ce qui arrive et de respirer! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me point est l&rsquo;exercice sur la pens\u00e9e. Il est rendu plus facile par les respirations. On profite de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de relaxation profonde suivant la derni\u00e8re apn\u00e9e pour focaliser son esprit sur un but pr\u00e9cis. On peut par exemple visualiser une posture de yoga difficile ou se visualiser rester plus longtemps sous la douche froide. On peut aussi simplement visualiser quelqu&rsquo;un \u00e0 qui on veut envoyer de l&rsquo;amour ou un endroit de son corps malade. C&rsquo;est le moment de donner libre cours \u00e0 son imagination. Voil\u00e0, j&rsquo;attends avec impatience l&rsquo;occasion de tenter le bain dans un lac de montagne&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre constat: la peau de mes mains n&rsquo;est plus aussi s\u00e8che et mon ventre est redevenu plus ou moins plat. D&rsquo;autre part, depuis que je suis devenue plus conscient de ma respiration et je me rends compte que j&rsquo;ai tendance \u00e0 faire des apn\u00e9es lorsque je fais un effort ou que je me concentre. Je reprends alors consciemment une respiration r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Le travail des respirations profondes fait que je me tiens automatiquement plus droite.
