Elle pousse sous les arbres \u00e0 l’or\u00e9e de la for\u00eat et d\u00e9gage une odeur d\u00e9licieuse, un peu entre la carotte et le persil: c’est l’herbe aux goutteux. Pas loin on trouve souvent le pissenlit, l’ortie et la berce commune, dont l’odeur est similaire \u00e0 celle de l’herbe aux goutteux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est aussi le temps o\u00f9 les premi\u00e8res fleurs de pissenlits apparaissent. Je les cueille quand elles sont encore en bouton. Avec toutes ces merveilles, je nous ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9s une bonne po\u00eal\u00e9e printani\u00e8re dont voici la recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Un oignon finement hach\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • une bonne poign\u00e9e d’herbe aux goutteux et de berce commune,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • une poign\u00e9e de fleurs de pissenlit en bouton,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • un peu de f\u00eata,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • une petite c.\u00e0.c de sucre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • un peu de sauce au soja;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Faire revenir l’oignon, puis ajouter les boutons de pissenlit et le sucre et faire revenir. Ajouter enfin l’herbe aux goutteux et laisser encore environ une minute. Eteindre la plaque, ajouter la f\u00eata et une tomb\u00e9e de sauce au soja. Servir tout de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
