les vesses de loup perl\u00e9es (Flaschenst\u00e4ubling) et calvatie en coupe (Beutelst\u00e4ubling) que nous avions trouv\u00e9es au d\u00e9but de notre promenade. Il suffit d&rsquo;\u00f4ter la peau, de les couper en tranches et de les faire dorer \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans un peu d&rsquo;huile. Avec juste un peu  de sel, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux! D&rsquo;autre part, ces champignons ont l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;\u00eatre facilement identifiables.
