Depuis le temps que je la voyais au jardin, il fallait que je la go\u00fbte. J&rsquo;ai cueilli la petite derni\u00e8re qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas encore ouverte, j&rsquo;ai enlev\u00e9 la peau et je l&rsquo;ai bien dor\u00e9e des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 la po\u00eale. La volvaire a un petit go\u00fbt d&rsquo;asperge, une bonne consistance et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re amertume. Rien de renversant mais un bon petit plat \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer une fois par ann\u00e9e pour f\u00eater le retour du printemps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery aligncenter confusion avec des champignons v\u00e9n\u00e9neux de la famille des amanites comme l&rsquo;amanite vireuse par exemple. La volvaire et l&rsquo;amanite vireuse poss\u00e8dent toutes les deux une volve, une qualit\u00e9 importante qui les diff\u00e9rencie est la couleur de leur spor\u00e9e: blanche pour l&rsquo;amanite, rose pour la volvaire.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;ai finalement os\u00e9!
