Heureusement, avec internet, on ne manque pas d’informations. Le champignon que je teste aujourd’hui a l’avantage d’\u00eatre facile \u00e0 trouver. De plus, il est utilis\u00e9 depuis longtemps dans les m\u00e9decines traditionnelles. Des articles r\u00e9cents montrent un effet potentiel dans la lute contre le cancer\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Il aurait un effet antih\u00e9morragique, antibacteriel, anti-inflammatoire et aiderait \u00e0 renforcer les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires. Voil\u00e0 la b\u00eate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai r\u00e9colt\u00e9 un jeune sp\u00e9cimen que j’ai lav\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en morceaux. J’en ai mis quelques-uns dans une casserole avec de l’eau, j’ai port\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laiss\u00e9 fr\u00e9mir 1\/2 heure.
