Voil\u00e0 j’ai re\u00e7u l’huile pour le microscope et je peux maintenant utiliser le plus gros grossissement! Pour le tester, j’ai regard\u00e9 les spor\u00e9es de quatre champignons cueillis il y a quelques jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les deux premiers champignons, je ne suis pas sure de quoi il s’agit. Le premier est probablement un cortinaire. Sa spor\u00e9e \u00e9tait brune plus claire que celle du deuxi\u00e8me d’un brun chocolat. Les taches sur les lamelles du deuxi\u00e8me me laissent penser qu’il s’agit d’un champignon de la famille des h\u00e9b\u00e9lomes (F\u00e4lbling) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un regard dans la litt\u00e9rature donne les mesures suivantes pour la taille des spores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • kuehneromyces mutabilis: 6,5-8\u00d73,5-4,5 \u03bcm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    ce qui ne contredisant pas les rapports de longueurs observ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
