Cela faisait longtemps que je contemplais l’id\u00e9e de m’acheter un microscope. Plus besoin de l’acheter puisque je l’ai re\u00e7u en cadeau. Et quel cadeau! Un nouveau monde s’ouvre devant nos yeux! Et je ne suis pas la seule qui se pationne!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela va me permettre d’aller encore plus loin dans l’\u00e9tude des champignons. Et voici quelques d\u00e9finitions pr\u00e9alables ainsi que des premi\u00e8res images dont la qualit\u00e9 laisse encore \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer. Il faut que je trouve un autre syst\u00e8me que mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone tenu devant l’objectif…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une des premi\u00e8res choses \u00e0 observer sont les spores des champignons. Pour cela, on coupe le pied et on place le chapeau sur une plaquette du microscope. Apr\u00e8s environ une heure, des spores se sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es et on peut les observer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La taille (que je ne peux pas encore mesurer) et la forme des spores (que l’on distingue seulement avec le plus gros grossissement et au bain d’huile) permettent d\u00e9j\u00e0 certaines distinctions qui ne sont pas possibles sans microscope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite, on peut observer des cellules \u00e0 la forme bien particuli\u00e8re, d\u00e9pendant de l’esp\u00e8ce et de l’endroit o\u00f9 elles se trouvent sur le champignon: les cystides. La plut\u00e9e couleur de cerf, (Rehbrauner Dachpilz) en a de particuli\u00e8rement jolies avec quatre petits bras sur le dessus, faisant un peu penser aux cornes d’un escargot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La peau du chapeau de l’h\u00e9b\u00e9lome est constitu\u00e9e de cellules allong\u00e9es, les hyphes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
