Hier en nous promenant, nous avons trouv\u00e9 un joli coin \u00e0 bolets. J’ai tout d’abord trouv\u00e9 un bolet \u00e0 pied rouge atypique. Au lieu d’avoir un joli chapeau brun, il avait un chapeau de couleur moutarde! J’\u00e9tais en train de le regarder quand Nicolas m’appelle: \u00ab\u00a0maman, j’ai trouv\u00e9 un champignon dont la mousse sous le chapeau est claire\u00a0\u00bb! Et voil\u00e0 le bel exemplaire qu’il avait trouv\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un peu plus loin nous en avons trouv\u00e9 d’autre ainsi qu’un bolet amer. On le reconna\u00eet au r\u00e9seau de mailles fonc\u00e9es qui d\u00e9core son pied et \u00e0 son go\u00fbt extr\u00eamement amer qu’on d\u00e9tecte d\u00e9j\u00e0, rien qu’en posant la langue sur les pores, sous le chapeau!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a \u00e9galement vu des amanites \u00e9paisse et panth\u00e8res, ce qui nous a permis d’appr\u00e9cier leurs diff\u00e9rences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout d’abord le bulbe limit\u00e9 par un rebord horizontal chez l’amanite panth\u00e8re. Le bulbe de l’amanite \u00e9paisse n’est pas limit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re aussi s\u00e8che et fait un peu penser \u00e0 un os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite le bord du chapeau, sillonn\u00e9 chez l’amanite panth\u00e8re, il ne l’est pas chez l’amanite \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et finalement l’anneau qui est stri\u00e9 et de plus grande taille chez l’amanite \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons finalement ramen\u00e9 un joli panier de champignons \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je me suis pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une petite po\u00eal\u00e9e de pholiotes rid\u00e9es, un champignon que je voulais go\u00fbter depuis un certain temps. La derni\u00e8re fois que j’en ai ramen\u00e9, je n’ai pas os\u00e9 le pr\u00e9parer et ils ont fini au composte. Hier je m’y suis risqu\u00e9e et ma fois, ce n’\u00e9tait pas mal du tout! Apr\u00e8s cela, j’ai eu la mauvaise id\u00e9e de regarder \u00e0 quoi ressemblaient les champignons v\u00e9n\u00e9neux avec lesquels on risquait de la confondre! J’ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir des doutes et j’ai d\u00fb faire appel \u00e0 mes techniques de respiration pour ne pas attraper un mal de ventre psychologique! La prochaine fois, j’essaierai de ne pas regarder les confusions possibles apr\u00e8s avoir manger et je documenterai la cueillette avant de la pr\u00e9parer au cas o\u00f9 je ne r\u00e9siste pas \u00e0 la tentation! Bon, le test est r\u00e9ussi: mes techniques de relaxation fonctionnent et j’ai bien dig\u00e9r\u00e9! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et pour terminer, un petit gar\u00e7on tout fier de sa trouvaille!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
