Cet apr\u00e8s-midi une surprise m’attendait dans la for\u00eat. Un champignon bien curieux que je n’avais encore jamais rencontr\u00e9. J’ai tout d’abord \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise en voulant le sortir. Ma main glissait sur son pied visqueux. Puis, lorsque je r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 le sortir \u00e0 l’aide de mon couteau, il \u00e9tait beaucoup plus grand que pr\u00e9vu et poss\u00e9dait un prolongement semblable \u00e0 une racine. Il s’agit de la phaeocollybie lugubre (gemeiner Wurzelschnitzling), un champignon \u00e0 l’odeur forte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai eu le plaisir de trouver ma premi\u00e8re vachotte (Br\u00e4tling) de l’ann\u00e9e. C’est un des rares champignons qu’on peut manger cru et je l’ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 avec un peu de jus de citron et du sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
