Dans une all\u00e9e en ville, sans doute bien arros\u00e9e par le passage des promeneurs avec leur chien, j’ai trouv\u00e9 trois plantes \u00e0 l’allure similaire. Il s’agit de la bourse \u00e0 pasteur (Hirtent\u00e4schel), du cresson des marais (Sumpfkresse) et du sisymbre officinal (Weg-Rauke). Il y a quelques jours, nous avons go\u00fbt\u00e9 le cresson des marais dont j’avais r\u00e9colt\u00e9 une jolie rosette sur le terrain-vague. Son go\u00fbt ressemble \u00e0 celui du cresson avec une note am\u00e8re. Voici une photo de leur feuille:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La feuille du sisymbre a un touch\u00e9 diff\u00e9rent. Elle est couverte de poils et cela grince lorsqu’on la plie pour frotter deux parties l’une contre l’autre. Une coupe transverse du rachis (la nervure principale de la feuille) montre une forme similaire pour le sisymbre et la bourse \u00e0 pasteur: arrondie sur le dessus et plat en dessous. Le cresson a une forme plut\u00f4t triangulaire arrondie. Une vue du dessous des feuilles montre que le sisymbre a plus de nervures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chez le cresson on a une vraie division en plus petites feuilles, une feuille compos\u00e9e, alors que pour les deux autres plantes ce n’est pas le cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
