Ce matin, j’ai mang\u00e9 mes premi\u00e8res feuilles de pain de coucou. \u00c7a n’a pas le m\u00eame go\u00fbt que plus tard dans l’ann\u00e9e. L’acidit\u00e9 n’est pratiquement pas pr\u00e9sente et on sent un petit go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9, d\u00e9licat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et le clou pour moi: un tronc de bouleau avec de magnifiques polypores. C’est malheureusement un peu tard et les sp\u00e9cimens n’\u00e9taient plus de premi\u00e8re fra\u00eecheur mais du coup, je saurai o\u00f9 les r\u00e9colter l’ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
