C’est un champignon qui pousse en touffes sur les arbres morts ou vivants, principalement les \u00e9pic\u00e9as. Il est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 dans les pays de l’est et notamment en Serbie le pays d’origine de Vesna. La semaine pass\u00e9e, nous sommes all\u00e9s ensemble en r\u00e9colter et elle en a ramen\u00e9 un plein sac!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est un des avantages de ce champignon, il est peu connu, relativement rependu et lorsqu’on trouve un arbre parasit\u00e9, on peu en r\u00e9colter une bonne quantit\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le soir, Vesna nous a apport\u00e9 un bon plat de champignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et aujourd’hui, c’est mon tour d’en pr\u00e9parer. Je vais suivre les instructions de Vesna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Laver les champignons dans un r\u00e9cipient rempli d’eau dans lequel on a mis une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine;<\/li>
  • Faire revenir un oignon dans une grande po\u00eale;<\/li>
  • Ajouter les champignons, un poivron, une tomate, de l’ail et du sel;<\/li>
  • Cuire jusqu’\u00e0 ce que l’eau se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
