Cela faisait des jours que je r\u00eavais de go\u00fbter ce grand champignon qui ressemble \u00e0 un parasol (d’ailleurs c’est comme cela qu’il s’appelle en allemand). Souvent j’arrivais trop tard, parfois trop t\u00f4t, et d’autrefois il pleuvait. Alors, hier soir j’ai saisi ma chance et je suis retourn\u00e9e chercher les deux champignons que j’avais d\u00e9couvert la veille encore ferm\u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et miracle, personne ne les avait cueillis! Ils \u00e9taient si beaux! Tout doux, d\u00e9gageant une odeur d\u00e9licate. Je les ai fait r\u00f4tir \u00e0 la po\u00eale et on s’est r\u00e9gal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deux coulemelles.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd’hui j’ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 encore un nouveau champignon, assez particulier celui-l\u00e0: le lactaire \u00e0 lait abondant (Br\u00e4tling). C’est un champignon au chapeau d’une jolie couleur brun-rouge. Lorsqu’on le blesse, il en sort un lait blanc qui brunit en s\u00e9chant. Mais ce qui le rend si particulier et ce qui m’a fait h\u00e9siter \u00e0 le go\u00fbter, c’est son odeur de poisson. En fait il n’est pas mauvais du tout et sa chaire reste ferme \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
